莫倩，男，汉族，生于1972年，博士，北京工商大学研究生部副处长，计算机学院副教授，中国计算机学会高级会员。于1993、1996、1999年在国防科技大学计算机学院分别获学士、硕士、博士学位。
莫倩曾获省部级科研成果二等奖2项，在国内外学术刊物和会议发表论文20余篇，其中SCI/EI/ISTP收录12篇。
